Booking and Payment
You can use online payment or deposit required to confirm and pay for your booking. If the booking is cancelled after booking, cancellation charges may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide their accurate details (address, inventory, special instructions) Our team will arrive at your designated location and you must be available at the pick-up and drop-off locations. Store fragile and valuable items separately so that they are properly packed and loaded.
Liability and Limitations
Our company is not responsible for items that may not have been packed by our team. We do not transport dangerous, illegal, or perishable items. Please keep such materials out of the reach of your children.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Sometimes we experience delays due to traffic jams, bad weather, or other unforeseen events. We will keep you informed of any unexpected changes to your schedule.
Insurance and Claims
Our policies include basic liability coverage. Additional insurance is available through our company. We will file a claim with supporting evidence within a few days.
